  • Celebs, including Joe and Kevin Jonas, alongside other big-name brands, have joined in with jokes and support, turning the applicant into an internet legend overnight
  • Now millions are rooting for the mystery person to land the job after his unexpected moment of fame

A woman named Jen, who goes by @your.girl.jen on TikTok, has gone viral after capturing a moment no one expected to see at a Jonas Brothers concert.

In her now-famous video, a man can be seen sitting down reviewing a candidate’s resume while concertgoers around him sing and dance to the band’s hits.

The text overlay on the clip reads, “Scott Kelly, your resume was being reviewed at a Jonas Brothers concert tonight. Good luck.” Jen adds in her caption, “Good luck Scott Kelly i hope you get the job,” setting off a chain reaction across social media.

The video quickly took off, racking up over 2.9 million likes and a staggering 18.3 million views. What started as an amusing glimpse into one man’s multitasking moment at a concert turned into a global cheering section for the job seeker.

As the clip spread, fans couldn’t get enough of the wholesome energy behind it — and neither could the Jonas Brothers themselves. Joe Jonas jumped into the comments section, writing, “Bro, Scott Kelly was there for me plenty of times. Hired ✅.”

Kevin Jonas followed with his own comment, adding to the fun. “I’m one of Scott Kelly’s references,” he wrote, sealing the band’s playful endorsement of the mystery candidate.

Before long, the internet had turned the applicant into something of a folk hero. Users began imagining his qualifications, career path and the kind of job that could inspire this kind of collective excitement — all while brands started to join the conversation.

Brands, including Pepsi, Garnier USA and Expedia, joined the growing chorus, posting their own tongue-in-cheek messages about the mystery applicant’s apparent greatness. Pepsi commented, “cannot recommend scott enough, he’s an elite employee.”

Garnier USA joined in with, “Scott Kelly saved my life,” and Expedia added, “Our company would literally not exist if it wasn’t for Scott Kelly.” Each brand’s contribution only fueled the post’s viral status.

As more people discovered the video, the comments section became a virtual pep rally as users continued tagging friends and sharing the clip, united in their wish that Scott Kelly — whoever and wherever he is — lands the job of his dreams.

Now, the hunt is on to find the real Scott Kelly. Multiple “Scott Kellys” have appeared in the comments claiming to be the person behind the resume, though it’s still unclear if any of them are the same Scott Kelly whose resume was reviewed in the clip.

Whether or not he gets the job, it’s safe to say the internet is already cheering him on.
