The Pittsburgh Steelers may have quietly found themselves in the crosshairs of ESPN, as a new report indicates Aaron Rodgers’ recent outburst may have upset the wrong people.
According to a new report from Russ Weakland of the Daily Mail, a source indicated that most within ESPN are “crossing their fingers that the Pittsburgh Steelers don’t reach the Super Bowl.”

The source continued that ESPN is actively rooting against Pittsburgh making a Super Bowl run and that “the sooner the Steelers are mathematically out of the playoffs, the better” for the sports media juggernaut.
Given that ESPN is set to broadcast the event, it comes as no surprise that having Rodgers lead the Steelers would be a nightmare scenario for them
Still, this should only fuel Rodgers heading into his final season in the NFL, as he has an opportunity to not only hit ESPN where it hurts but lead the Steelers to the Super Bowl in the process.
