Reba McEntire loves her “sugar tot” Rex Linn.

On Thursday, Nov. 13, the country superstar shared a sweet Instagram tribute in honor of her fiancé’s 69th birthday.

“Happy birthday to the love of my life!” McEntire, 70, wrote of her Happy’s Place costar. “So thrilled we get to have coffee camp together, go to work together, and have fun at Happy’s Place together!”

The “I’m a Survivor” hitmaker concluded, “Have a great birthday, Sugar Tot!!!!!”

In addition to her heartfelt words, McEntire shared a photo of her sporting a bejeweled black sweater dress alongside Linn in a leather blazer and a white button-down shirt.

McEntire and Linn have known each other since since 1991, but didn’t reconnect until 2020.

McEntire, who was previously married to Charlie Battles from 1976 to 1987, as well as her manager Narvel Blackstock from 1989 to 2015, reunited with Linn during quarantine after her mother died.

The pair then began dating, and they have been “inseparable” ever since.

In an interview with PEOPLE at The Paley Center for Media’s Paley Honors Gala in Beverly Hills, Calif., on Monday, Nov. 10, McEntire discussed how far she had gotten with wedding planning thus far.

“We’re totally enjoying being engaged,” the Reba star said at the time. “Have no idea when we’re going to set a date. Work comes first, so we’ll see.”

The “Fancy” singer, who revealed the couple was engaged in September, also told PEOPLE in a recent cover story that he actually proposed last December.

“I’ve never been loved by a man like Rex Linn,” said McEntire. “Rex is a very tender-hearted man, and I just love him with all my heart. He’s a good guy. Real bashful though.”

She noted that their time at home and on the set of Happy’s Place is a “blast.”

“Getting to work with Rex, drive to work with Rex and do the show, the rehearsals, drive home, talk about it, rehearse together — that’s what’s really special for me,” said McEntire, adding that, “I’ve not had that before.”
