Michael Madsen’s Kids
Fighting Ex-Wife Over $5 Million Demand
Published
Michael Madsen‘s kids are battling his ex-wife, Jeannine Bisignano Madsen, for control over his estate … asking the court not to put her in charge of the estate for any reason.
Four of Madsen’s children — Max, Christian, Calvin and Luke Madsen — filed documents earlier this week opposing Jeannine’s appointment as a special administrator … a role she says she wants in order to collect on $5 million Michael allegedly owed her.
Basically, Jeannine is citing her divorce judgment … which she says states she’s entitled to a percentage of payments Michael received for films he made while they were together — including the cult classic “Reservoir Dogs.”
She says Michael never coughed up the dough … and, now she wants $5 million.
Michael’s four kids — two of whom, Max and Christian, he shares with Jeannine — are asking the judge not to appoint her special administrator, even in this limited capacity.
As you know … Michael passed away in July of last year from cardiac arrest. The cardiac arrest was brought on by cardiomyopathy, coronary artery disease, and chronic alcoholism.
We shared a video of Michael’s four children gathered together and hugging shortly after their dad passed away.
Michael was 67.
