Serie A side Napoli are looking to bolster their midfield this summer, especially with doubts emerging about Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa’s future at the club.
Turkish clubs have been hovering around the Cameroonian, whose current deal at the club runs out in the summer of 2027.

Il Mattino – via TuttoNapoli, report that Napoli want to reduce their average age once Zambo Anguissa leaves. As a result, they are monitoring Tottenham’s Pape Sarr, who found his game time at the London club reduced during the 2025/26 campaign.
Richard Rios is also of interest, as he continues to impress for Colombia at the World Cup. He has previously been linked with the Partenopei too and is back on the radar.
Napoli feel these two players can form the spine of their midfield and solve some long-standing worries.
Deals likely difficult
For different reasons, signing Sarr or Rios would be quite a task for Napoli.

The Tottenham player would cost quite an amount because Premier League players usually aren’t let go for cheap.
As for the Benfica man, the Portuguese club are likely to point at his hefty release clause. They would ideally wait for him to improve further before making an expensive sale.
