The Indiana Fever will host the Los Angeles Sparks this Saturday night for a primetime WNBA game that will air nationally on CBS and stream on Paramount+. Caitlin Clark‘s lingering back injury sidelined her for the second half of the Fever’s last game against the Phoenix Mercury; as of now, she is still scheduled to play in Saturday’s matchup.
Clark also happens to find herself in the middle of an officiating controversy after referees failed to initially call a foul on the Mercury’s Alyssa Thomas, who put her fist on Clark’s neck during the game. Thomas has since been suspended, but conversation around the league’s officiating in general has ramped up since the incident.

How to watch the Fever vs. Liberty game without cable:
This week’s WNBA matchup between the Sparks and Fever will be available on CBS, which means it’ll be streaming on platforms like DirecTV and YouTube TV. It will also be available on Paramount+.
YouTube TV gets you nearly every channel you’ll need for the 2026 WNBA season, including NBCSN, USA, ION, NBC, ABC, CBS, ESPN, and NBA TV. While the platform has announced it intends to give subscribers complimentary access to ESPN Unlimited, that integration has been delayed for the time being.
That being said, you can get a great deal on YouTube TV right now: $67.99/month for your first five months, then $82.99/month thereafter.
One thing to note: YouTube TV livestreams tend to run a slight delay, which isn’t ideal if you’re trying to keep up with the live game down to the exact second.
DirecTV’s Entertainment tier (currently $59.99 for your first month, a savings of $30) gets you access to nearly every channel you need to watch sports throughout the year, especially for the WNBA: NBCSN, ION, NBC, ABC, CBS, ESPN, and NBA TV (plus an abundance of local RSNs). DirecTV Entertainment also comes with free Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN Unlimited, which gets you access to every ESPN channel, an amazing value and a must for watching tons of sports all year round.
DirecTV offers a free trial on any tier, so you can try it all out at low risk. If you’re interested in trying a live TV streaming service but aren’t ready to commit, we recommend starting with DirecTV.
With Paramount+, you can tune in to this Saturday’s Fever vs. Liberty game, plus you can catch UFC fights and NFL games and a massive catalog of hit movies and TV shows, including Survivor, Landman, The Madison, and much more.
Paramount+ starts at $8.99/month for the ad-supported plan and $13.99/month for the ad-free plan that includes SHOWTIME and access to live CBS 24/7.
What channel are WNBA games on this season?
