I tried Kourtney Kardashian’s diet for a day and I ate EXACTLY like her. This is a celebrity diet you must try! If you want to know what Kourtney Kardashian does to keep her body looking good, you have to try her diet.

I ate exactly like Kourtney for a day and I take you step by step in this video!

– Accountability
– Activity Level
– Money to keep a stock of fresh avocados, ACV, and a vegan probiotic: as you will need a lot of these every day which will add up.

  2. What an intense day of food! (Especially apple cider vinegar on an empty stomach!) How would you recommend someone trying ACV when getting started? Would making a dilution make sense?

    1. Jess Everyday yessss! I’ve been drinking ACV for a while so I’m used to it but it was intense when I started. I don’t take it straight I actually think over time you can burn your esophagus if you do. In the video I took it out of a shot glass but I diluted it with water.

      She also dilutes hers. Sometimes I do more water but if I’m in a hurry it’s 1-2 tablespoons of water with the 1 tablespoon of ACV.

      Starting off I recommend doing 1 spoon ACV + 1-2 tablespoons of water and a squeeze of lemon. If the taste is so hard for you a tiny drop of honey will help. Then as you get used to it you will find your own groove 🙂
